Continuing Our Myanmar Earthquake Relief Efforts

Many families are still grappling with the immediate aftermath – damaged homes, limited access to food and water, and uncertainty about what lies ahead.
In Mandalay and beyond, daily life has been reduced to essentials. Many families are surviving on whatever food they can find. That’s why we’ve prioritised getting another shipment of rice, dried foods, instant meals, and cooking oil into their hands—delivered with urgency and compassion. Our YKKO team also provided Kyay-Oh meals to communities in Mandalay.
Conditions on the ground remain difficult. Many people are staying in temporary shelters with limited access to power and clean water. Our teams are working to get aid to those most affected – especially the elderly, children, and families with limited means to recover on their own.
To support recovery, Yoma Land engineers are now conducting building safety and structural integrity assessments in collaboration with local organisations and consultants – helping determine which buildings are safe to return to and which will require further intervention.
In Mandalay, Wave Money is providing free cash-out services at selected network of agents, with multiple Mobile Wave Care Centers now operational to make financial assistance more accessible for those impacted. The free cash-out services also extends to agents Sagaing, Nay Pyi Taw, Aung Ban, Nyaung Shwe and Kalaw.
We are grateful to all volunteers and staff from Yoma Fleet, Yoma Motors, YKKO, Wave Money, Yoma Land, and Yoma Heavy Equipment who are helping transport and distribute supplies under tough conditions.
